Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating, developing and delivering evidence-based support plans within a complex support space.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and are committed to eliminating restrictive practices. You will work collaboratively with a small, cohesive team environment to ensure individual plans reflect our participants' passions and interests and promotes their quality of life.

The successful candidate will have:

  • a degree-level qualification as an allied health professional (OT/Speech/Social Work/Psychology)
  • proficient, advanced or specialist status as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner
  • demonstrated experience working with people with complex needs and challenging behaviours
  • demonstrated experience in developing & delivering positive behaviour support plans & training to staff and other key stakeholders
