Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver psychosocial coaching to participants with injury, illness, or disability
  • Manage complex psychological issues and liaise with treating health professionals
  • Coordinate rehabilitation services and develop graduated return plans
  • Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations for clients
  • Work across various schemes, including workers compensation, compulsory third party, life insurance, Comcare, Department of Veteran's Affairs, and employer-funded injury prevention programs

Requirements
  • AHPRA Provisional or General Psychologist Registration
  • Associate ASORC membership or Full RCCAA membership as a Rehabilitation Counsellor
  • Relevant Psychology and Rehabilitation Counsellor qualification
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
  • A current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
