Lime Recruitment is partnering with a prominent Queensland government department to find a highly skilled ServiceNow Administrator who can work from home. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering applications and customizations within the ServiceNow Platform. Your expertise will be crucial in integrating data, managing, and ensuring the quality of these applications.

This position requires a deep understanding of the ServiceNow Platform capabilities, including Flow, Service Catalog, Integration Hub, and API Development. You will work closely with IT and business partners to configure and improve core platform capabilities in accordance with IT best practices. This includes participating in process workshops, resolving technical escalations, and providing general administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in IT service management, with a focus on ServiceNow. Ideal candidates will possess a tertiary qualification in information technology or a related field, ITIL certification (at least v3), and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Implementation Specialist: ITSM certifications. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a ServiceNow administration or development role.

As a ServiceNow Administrator, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from data integrations to process automations. You will be responsible for monitoring the health and usage of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring compliance, and making recommendations for improvement. You will also work closely with the Cyber and Information Security Team to maintain the instance security posture.
