M&T Resources is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to collaborate with a high-performing team and assist in delivering the first phase of a critical government program for digital transformation.
In this position, you will play a key role in customizing and enhancing the digital consent application. Working closely with the team, you will focus on implementing business logic, improving the user interface, and integrating the system with other essential applications. Your contribution will ensure the solution meets the project's goals, and you will ensure high standards of functionality through testing and documentation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Application Development:
- Modify and extend the digital consent application, including the development of business rules, client-side scripts (JavaScript), UI actions, and event notifications.
- Use Service Portal tools, including AngularJS and Bootstrap, to enhance user experience and streamline workflows.
- System Integration:
- Implement integrations with essential applications and systems, including third-party platforms such as Whispir and AWS, as well as internal healthcare systems.
- Testing & Documentation:
- Conduct functional unit testing to ensure the application works as intended before user acceptance testing.
- Document all changes and updates made during the development process.
**What You Will Need:**
- Extensive experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on business rules, client scripts, UI customization, and workflow automation.
- Hands-on experience developing user interfaces using AngularJS and Bootstrap within Service Portal.
- Proven experience with integrating ServiceNow with external platforms such as Whispir, AWS, and internal systems used in the healthcare environment.
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining applications using ServiceNow Workspace.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in both independent roles and within a collaborative team environment.
- Strong ability to document technical changes and perform thorough testing before deployment.
