Role Purpose & Environment

As a Customer Service Advisor in our Vodafone Social Media Team, you will be the voice of our brand across Vodafone's social media channels. Your primary responsibility will be to drive brand advocacy through every interaction with customers and prospects.

You will work closely with our broader Brand & Social Media Team to ensure you are equipped with the information needed to support customers who interact with our posts. Your role will involve providing customer support for a variety of issues and general enquiries across our social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support for a variety of issues and general enquiries across our social media channels
  • Detect and raise possible brand and reputational risks
  • Communicate in a unified and relatable brand tone across all interactions, posting in a range of social channels, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
  • Think outside the box and provide customers with a tailored solution
  • Escalate trending complaints and assist with identifying solutions to issues
  • Adhere to verification processes to support prompt resolution of complaint and complex customer communications

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive role model and enjoy working as part of a team
  • Have an interest in the world of social media and an understanding of the different social channels
  • Confidently multitask on a computer
  • A focus on customer service
