Job Description:

Role Overview: As a sector leader, you will support pursuits, marketing, and bids across the Australian business, providing business services support to the Queensland Transport team with a focus on delivery of bids and proposals and other sector support activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the transport sector leader with bids and proposals
  • Provide business services support to the Queensland Transport team
  • Work closely with both the Australian and Queensland Sector Leads based in Brisbane
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and JV partners

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and teams, and supporting staff at a senior level
  • Extensive track record in production of bids and proposals, including collation of medium to complex documents
  • Advanced capability in Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Experience in leading bid strategy and opportunity development workshops
  • Proven ability to work to deadlines and stakeholder management
  • Team player focused on best outcomes for business with excellent relationship-building skills
  • Professional excellence approach, and a drive for continuous learning
