Sector Services Lead

Mott MacDonald is currently looking for a Business Services Sector Leader
based in our Brisbane office.
In this role, you will support our Australian Transport Sector Leader with pursuits, marketing, and bids across the Australian business as well providing business services support to the Queensland Transport team with a focus on delivery of bids and proposals and other sector support activities. The role will involve significant connectivity into our national Marketing and Communications teams to deliver industry leading material that support client engagement.
Your Opportunity
You will work closely with the both the Australian and Queensland Sector Leads who are based in Brisbane, supporting the client facing staff in Transport to establish client meetings, including organising and coordinating interstate business initiatives such as hotel booking, establishing meetings with clients.
Your own client facing skills we be developed, with opportunities for you to communicate and work across proposals with both clients and JV partners that support external client engagement.
You will also coordinate business development and client meeting requirements of Transport (both nationally for Australian Sector Lead and for the Queensland team) ensuring they are completed and implemented effectively and shared with the Marketing and Communications team.
Your experience in the production of bids/proposals including the use of InDesign will be critical to our on site creation of marketing material and project case studies.
This role is a key one in our Queensland team and will see you working with other key stakeholders in the business such as Finance, Human Resources, Marketing and Legal.
- What you'll bring to the team:

- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and teams, and supporting staff at a senior level
- Extensive track record in production of bids and proposals, including collation of medium to complex documents (experience with InDesign package would be an advantage)
- Advanced capability in Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Experience in leading bid strategy and opportunity development workshops.
- Proven ability to work to deadlines and stakeholder management
- Team player focused on best outcomes for business with excellent relationship building skills
- Professional excellence approach, and a drive for continuous learning
