As a senior leader in the sector advisory team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our business.

This is an exceptional opportunity to establish and grow the Sector Advisory Practice and team across Power, Rail, and Water.

Key responsibilities include:

* Project delivery oversight and business development

* Identifying new market and consulting opportunities based on your understanding of the sectors and environment

* Developing follow-on opportunities with clients and other stakeholders

* Shaping and directing the growth of advisory service lines related to the rail and power sector

* Guiding and supporting the wider Asia Pacific and global teams with your sector knowledge, strategic thinking, and insight

* Mentoring and supporting the development of your team members

* Supporting the Asset Management and Digital & Asset Information practices in delivering their service lines to a greater depth

**Requirements**:

* A successful track record of providing advisory consulting services to infrastructure businesses within regulated industries

* Degree qualified in an engineering discipline or equivalent industry experience

* 15+ years of experience working with asset-intensive organizations

* Ability to operate effectively within a consulting business

* General management function within the sector advisory practice

* Demonstrable commitment to and skills for developing the performance of colleagues

* Excellent stakeholder management, business networking, and communication skills

* Understanding of the regulatory environment specific to power utilities and/or rail operators
