Job Title: Care and Support Professional

Estimated Annual Salary: $50,000 - $65,000

The role of a Care and Support Professional involves working closely with clients to provide assistance with daily living activities, such as household chores, medication management, and social inclusion. This position requires flexibility, as SCSS programs operate 24/7, including shift work, sleepovers, weekends, and awake shifts.

Responsibilities:
  • Assisting clients with daily living activities, including household chores and grocery shopping
  • Providing support for medical appointments and implementing behavior management strategies
  • Facilitating social inclusion and community access, fitness, and wellbeing activities
  • Developing independent living skills and personal care
Requirements:
  • Blue Card for Working with Children (currently hold or be eligible to apply)
  • NDIS Worker Screening (currently hold or be eligible to apply)
