Job Title:

Drink Manager

We are looking for a skilled professional to manage our Treasure Cove Gaming Bar. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of the bar, create a positive work environment, and ensure excellent customer service.

  • Maintain high sales through promotions, extensive product knowledge, and suggestive selling techniques.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or special requests.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in a similar bar & gaming role.
  • Strong understanding of gaming machine operations and maintenance.
  • Proven track record of supervising a successful team.
  • Familiarity with RSA & RSG practices.
  • Excellent bartending skills, including knowledge of various drinks and cocktails.
  • Exceptional communication and emotional intelligence skills.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
