We currently have an exciting opportunity for a** Food & Beverage Supervisor** to join our Bars management team As a Supervisor in our Bars, you will assist with providing direction and leadership to the team on shift, ensuring they are supported to provide an outstanding service. You'll also be responsible for tasks including training, development and assisting with the team.

**What are we looking for?**
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of guests
- Previous experience building relationships as a leader, including ability to identify growth opportunities and provide feedback
- The ability to work on a 24/7 rotating roster
- Current nationally recognised RSA Statement of Attainment
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills
