We are currently recruiting for Experienced Bar Supervisor with 2 plus years of high-end bar or restaurant experience. We are seeking talented individuals with a passion for service, love of wine and food, and history of providing exceptional dining experiences.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-end restaurants and bars
Strong spirits, cocktail knowledge from classics to custom designed drinks
Good overall wine and beverage knowledge
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
A team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanour
Ability to work across the busy weekends and nights
