As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and leading campaign execution from strategy to reporting.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced performance marketing professional to own client relationships and lead campaign execution across multiple platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok. This is a hands-on role requiring daily involvement in ad accounts while ensuring clients feel supported and informed.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of brands and contribute to the growth and success of our business.
- Manage a portfolio of 10-15 client accounts, acting as the main point of contact for the agency.
- Plan, launch, test, measure and optimise conversion-focused campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop campaign strategies that align with client objectives and deliver measurable results.
- Analyse campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and prepare clear, actionable reports.
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to produce engaging, high-performing ads.
- Stay on top of platform updates, industry trends, and competitor activity to keep clients ahead of the curve.
- Work with leaders and project managers from other departments for the benefit and growth of your clients.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years' experience in a digital marketing role with hands-on campaign management across major paid media platforms.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion optimisation, and attribution.
- Previous experience in a client-facing role, confident in presenting results, managing expectations, and building relationships.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into actionable insights.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field - or equivalent.
- Experience with programmatic advertising platforms and audience targeting tools.
- Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, or similar.
- Experience working in an agency environment.
