The OpportunityWe're looking for a Digital Performance Manager to join our fast-paced performance team. Reporting to the Head of Performance, you'll partner with senior stakeholders, manage multi-channel campaigns, and lead client conversations to ensure strategies deliver measurable growth.
This is a role for someone who thrives in hands-on execution, is confident presenting insights and opportunities to clients, and loves collaborating with a highly skilled digital and technical team.
What You'll Do- Own and coordinate digital performance strategies for tier-1 and international clients.
- Lead client conversations, including WIPs and quarterly reviews, ensuring alignment on goals and opportunities.
- Balance short-term wins with long-term growth through roadmap planning and innovation.
- Build, manage, and optimise campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, programmatic, DOOH, and CTV.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of services and identify new opportunities in collaboration with creative and digital teams.
- Contribute new ideas for creative, messaging, and testing to maximise impact.
- Analyse campaign performance data, extract actionable insights, and translate them into recommendations clients can understand.
- Drive continuous improvement through testing frameworks (A/B, multi-variant).
- Stay at the forefront of platform updates and industry trends, sharing knowledge with the wider team and clients.
- Work closely with digital, creative, and technical specialists to deliver integrated strategies.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders — from clients to platform partners.
- 4+ years' experience in performance marketing (agency or client-side).
- Hands-on campaign management experience across Google Ads, Microsoft (Bing), Meta, DV360, DOOH/CTV, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- A proven track record of improving performance outcomes and aligning campaigns to business goals.
- Strong data skills: comfortable working with large datasets and extracting commercial insights.
- Confidence presenting results, strategy, and opportunities to senior stakeholders.
- A collaborative mindset — you thrive working closely with teammates and clients in person.
- Bonus: experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
