About the Role:

This Senior Commercial Marketing Manager will oversee planning, execution, and optimization of all media buying and performance channels.

  • Drive measurable returns on digital and traditional media spend.
  • Develop and own performance marketing frameworks, including tracking, testing, and analytics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance websites and eCommerce capabilities.
Your Key Responsibilities:

Manage backend CMS, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and 3rd-party tracking tools. Provide digital marketing insights and contribute to strategic planning and campaign briefs. Act as an internal expert, mentoring and upskilling the broader marketing team in digital and performance marketing best practices.

Evaluate and ensure that all strategies and executions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements:

This position requires proven experience in senior digital or performance marketing roles, preferably within hospitality, lifestyle, or eCommerce sectors. Strong hands-on experience with media buying, digital performance metrics, and data analysis is essential.

Proficiency with CMS, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and performance tracking tools is required. Ability to manage budgets, analyze marketing ROI, and deliver actionable insights is crucial.
