Job Description

This role is responsible for the strategic planning, management and execution of paid digital acquisition marketing campaigns. The Senior Specialist will define and optimise performance marketing campaigns to achieve growth in reach and engagement.

About the Role

The Senior Specialist - Digital Acquisition is accountable for meeting acquisition targets through performance channels, driving significant revenue for the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management: Develop, plan, execute and optimise strategic digital performance marketing campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
  • Strategy and Optimisation: Work with stakeholders to respond to briefs and use a data-driven approach to define and optimize the strategic paid performance media channel mix.
  • Budget Management: Manage a significant annual investment in channel spend, focusing on continuous optimisation, results and improved ROI.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide in-depth reporting, analysis and presentations of campaign performance metrics.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns across performance marketing channels.
  • Proven experience developing performance marketing strategies for revenue and lead generation campaigns.
  • Significant experience with planning, managing and optimising multiple digital campaigns in parallel.
  • Proven experience with tracking and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience with developing and implementing advanced performance marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Experience managing larger budgets to drive revenue and acquisition targets.
  • Demonstrated success in translating data into actionable insights to identify growth opportunities.
