About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Ambassador at dusk. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and contributing to a positive and inclusive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Meet or exceed sales targets, maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  • Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining a visually appealing store environment, including merchandising, displays, and visual presentations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and support each other in providing exceptional customer experiences.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service expertise.
