Pandora is a leading jewellery brand seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Casual Retail Assistants to join our team for the festive period. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering world-class service and driving sales. If you are a pro-active sales professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, then we would love to hear from you.

We are recruiting Mother\u0027s Day Casuals for fixed term contracts in April and May. Our Casual Retail Assistants will join the team as brand ambassadors and are the essential link between our beautiful products and our customers. Coached by the store management and training teams, our Casual Retail Assistants contribute to the success of the store by driving sales, excelling in customer service and offering their knowledge of the product and brand.

Responsibilities include:

  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by using key selling skills; focusing on KPIs to maximise each selling opportunity.
  • Confidently promote the Pandora brand, products and services to provide an unforgettable customer experience and encourage customer loyalty.
  • Create and develop a bond with our customers by providing exemplary service.
  • Follow company guidelines to merchandise the store and maintain high shop floor standards; taking pride in your environment and personal presentation.
  • Support with all store operational tasks including stock management, operating the till system and handling financial transactions including returns and exchanges.
  • Support your Manager and team by complying with all store policies and procedures, to keep the wider team and customers safe.

Requirements:

  • You must have experience within a KPI driven environment.
  • Excellent communicator – Retail Assistants needs to initiate contact and communicate confidently.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, in a fast-paced, sales driven atmosphere – our stores are often very busy, with long queues of customers waiting to be served.
  • A positive, \"can-do\" attitude, an individual who enjoys working as one part of a successful team.
  • Customer focused.
  • Flexible approach; Retail Assistants work on a rotational shift-basis, including weekends and Public Holidays.
