About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Executive Chef and Brand Director to join our team at Brennan Sourcing Pty. As the Head of Culinary, you will be responsible for leading the development and curation of our recipe portfolio, ensuring all culinary offerings reflect our brand's food philosophy and identity.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Culinary Leadership: Direct and curate the recipe portfolio, driving innovation and managing the full product development process, including budgeting, photography, and nutritional analysis.
  2. Brand and Content Management: Develop and uphold our brand's vision, creative direction, and visual identity. Oversee the content strategy and manage the production of engaging content across various platforms.
  3. Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain commercial and strategic partnerships that support our brand's growth and objectives.
  4. Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of culinary professionals, including full-time, part-time, and contract staff such as photographers, stylists, and recipe developers.
  5. Procurement: Ensure the quality and integrity of ingredients, optimize costs, and develop relationships with suppliers that align with our brand's promise.
  6. Technology Integration: Collaborate with technology teams to enhance content management systems and develop tools that improve product development and customer experience.
Requirements
