The Role

">
  • Develop and implement organizational values, embedding them in HR processes, policies, and practices.
  • Support the Organizational Development team with the design of Diversity, Inclusion, and Wellbeing strategies and plans, leveraging data and insights.
  • Design and develop initiatives, programs, and content that will embed values, inclusion, and wellbeing into the culture.
  • Partner with Brand, Internal Communications, and other stakeholders to ensure delivery, consistency, and alignment across the customer and employee experience.
  • Manage reporting, assist with submissions, and provide input into women's development to support diversity objectives.
  • Partner with the P&C Insights Analyst to develop meaningful metrics, reports, and dashboards.
  • Design and facilitate training and workshops as needed.
  • Support other OD team members with administrative tasks where required.
  • Participate in People and Culture projects as required.
  • Act as the first point of contact for values, diversity, and wellbeing queries and issues.
