Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Experience Partner. This position plays a critical role in bridging the gap between customers and developers, ensuring our product meets customer needs.

The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting users and internal team members by responding to complex inquiries, finding immediate solutions to imminent issues, and identifying potential product changes to improve future user experience.

Main Responsibilities:
