
Strategic Client Advocate

We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to play an integral part in maintaining and growing our clients across ANZ. The successful candidate will advise and guide a wide variety of clients who are using our products, ensuring they adopt our data and solutions widely within their business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Lead and support Customer Success Events & Round Tables in collaboration with Sales, Product and Consulting teams.
- Become a Trusted Advisor for our clients and the Voice of our Customer across different teams.
- Increase and track adoption of Experian Marketing Services solution including expansion of use cases through expanded networking within accounts.
- Design, set up and run an operating rhythm with Marketing Services clients to increase usage and adoption.
- Promote and track sales teams supporting other data management clients.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with partners and exec sponsors.
- Run client workshops & webinars where required.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience (or a mix of both) and University qualification.
- Proficiency in using a CRM platform (such as Salesforce) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
- Strong experience solving enterprise technology and data challenges.
- Proven record of over-achievement and exceeding expectations.
- Experience organizing and prioritizing tasks, project management.
- Experience managing relationships with a range of customers.
- Experience working in an agency, client or mar tech organisation on marketing campaigns and strategy.
