Job Opportunity:

The Assistant Course Superintendent plays a key role in presenting the golf course at its best every day.

  • Leading daily course setup and team coordination
  • Monitoring turf moisture and plant health, including irrigation management and maintenance
  • Applying and accurately recording chemical and fertilizer programs
  • Operating course machinery and training team members
  • Assisting with small projects, renovations, and contributing to workplace safety initiatives

To be successful in this role, you will bring a Certificate III (minimum) in Sports Turf Management and ChemCert, strong irrigation troubleshooting skills, practical leadership and communication skills, with a focus on safety and standards.
