The Golf Course Maintenance Worker role is a fundamental part of ensuring our golf courses are well-maintained and enjoyable for all players.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the maintenance team with tasks including:
    • Equipment operation, tool use, and vehicle movement on an as-needed basis
    • Repairing irrigation systems under supervision
    • Maintaining sand traps, removing rocks, adding sand, raking, shoveling, and edging
    • Adjusting cup locations and moving tee markers
    • Emptying trash containers, servicing ball washers, and irrigating greens, tees, and fairways
    • Mowing greens, fringe, tees, fairways, and roughs; making minor adjustments to mowers
    • Operating hand mowers, weed trimmers, trucksters, and other vehicles
    • Maintaining clubhouse grounds
