Workplace Experience Professional
The Workplace Experience Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office, creating a safe, efficient, and engaging work environment for all employees. This role involves managing day-to-day office facilities and ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
As a key member of the Workplace Experience team, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations to ensure an efficient and safe work environment. This includes completing service desk requests, ensuring timely response to requests in accordance with established service expectations, while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Other key responsibilities include using resources effectively and tracking expenses within allocated budget. You will also maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and quality service delivery.
In addition, you will plan and execute in-office events from start to finish, including managing logistics, coordinating with vendors, overseeing event setup for a seamless and successful experience.
