Anaesthetic Technician Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Anaesthetic Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality anaesthetic support in a busy 14-theatre environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide anaesthetic support for a wide range of complex surgeries, including cardiac, paediatric and neuro operations.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver seamless care for patients undergoing complex and urgent surgeries.
  • Manage high-acuity and emergency cases that require rapid assessment and intervention.
  • Work efficiently in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment with multiple complex cases.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as an anaesthetic assistant in an operating theatre environment.
  • Qualifications in Anaesthetic Technology.
  • Ability to work shifts between 5pm-11pm permanently.
  • Experience in complex anaesthesia care, including cardiac, paediatric and neuro surgeries.
