Anaesthetics – Full-time or Part-time role
The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced and proactive clinician ready to advance as a Clinical Nurse. This is an advanced registered nurse role, acting as a clinical and professional resource in patient care and problem-solving within the clinical setting. The Clinical Nurse also contributes to education through department orientation, in-service, and clinical programs.
About the RoleThe Gastroenterology/Day Procedures Unit at Greenslopes Private Hospital offers gastroenterology and minor procedures across ten procedural rooms, including recent expansion with new theatres and recovery bays.
About YouYou should have extensive clinical skills and experience as an Anaesthetics Nurse. Leadership or management experience is desirable but not essential for experienced nurses looking to step up.
Essential Requirements- Minimum three (3) years post-grad clinical experience in Anaesthetics
- Relevant registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Mentorship ability to support team members
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional role model qualities
- Postgraduate qualification(s) in a relevant perioperative specialty (highly regarded)
Hourly rate from $54.72 to $58.82 + superannuation, based on experience and qualifications (QLD Clinical Nurse/Midwife Level 2 gr1-gr4).
