This role allows you to specialize in Theatres through a contemporary, market-leading career pathway program designed to accelerate learning while providing a nurturing and supportive environment.
As part of our team, you will experience a blended learning program with on-the-job training supported by comprehensive training materials and coaching. You will also have the opportunity to connect with fellow participants at national study sessions and celebrate your achievements at the program graduation ceremony.
About the Program
- A 12-week Transition to Perioperative Nursing Anaesthetics/PACU program
- Successful participants join our team in full-time roles
- Start date: October 2025, with permanent employment as an Anaesthetics/PACU nurse from day one
- Partnering with highly experienced Theatre Clinical Educators dedicated to supporting your development
- Experience a blended learning program with on-the-job training supported by comprehensive training materials and coaching
- National study sessions to connect with fellow participants
- Celebrate your achievements at the program graduation ceremony
About You
- At least 2 years of post-registration experience in an acute hospital setting
- Registered nurse qualification with current AHPRA registration
- Willing to obtain a National Police Check
- Strong interest and passion for the theatre environment and commitment to ongoing learning and development
- Availability for Monday – Friday (6–10 hours) shifts and on-call requirements
