Experienced Maternity Care Specialist

This role involves providing high-quality woman-centred care in a maternity unit setting. The midwife will work in a rotating roster across various services, delivering patient-centred care that meets the National Competency Standards for the Midwife.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications- Delivering antenatal, labour, birth, and postnatal care with a focus on lactation and infant feeding support.
- Providing effective communication skills to patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Working independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
- Meeting the required qualifications, including current AHPRA registration as a Registered Midwife.
