Maternity Care Specialist

Job Title: Registered Midwife
We are seeking part-time and/or full-time permanent midwives with a passion for delivering high-quality, evidence-based care in collaboration with women and the wider healthcare team.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Current registration as a midwife with a relevant professional authority
- A degree in midwifery or equivalent qualifications
- Advanced clinical skills across the continuum of maternity care, with a desire to focus on postnatal care
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- A commitment to providing family-focused care
The role involves:
- Providing exceptional standards of evidence-based midwifery care to women of varying ages and cultural backgrounds
- Developing, implementing, and evaluating midwifery care plans in collaboration with women, their families, and the multidisciplinary team
- Mentoring junior and undergraduate midwives in the provision of midwifery care
- Working collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs
- Delivering an outstanding patient experience for women and their families
