About Our Midwifery Role:
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to women of diverse ages and cultural backgrounds.
- Plan, assess, implement, and evaluate midwifery services in collaboration with women, their families, and the healthcare team to achieve identified goals and health outcomes.
- Work effectively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs.
- Pursue excellence in delivering a superior patient experience for women and their families.
This role offers opportunities to apply skills across the full scope of maternity care, from continuity models to private obstetric services. The facility features an Emergency Department, ICU, state-of-the-art operating theaters, world-class education center, SIM lab, and excellent staff amenities, including a café and car parking.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:- AHPRA registration as a Registered Midwife with no restrictions
- At least three years' experience as a Registered Midwife
- Highly developed clinical skills across the continuum of maternity care
- Experience with water births is essential
