Turnaround And Restructuring Strategy Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Turnaround and Restructuring Strategy team. As a key member of our organization, you will collaborate with diverse clients including lenders, investors, and corporations to provide innovative solutions to complex financial, strategic, and operational issues.

Key responsibilities include leading insolvency projects, engaging in restructuring and turnaround initiatives, and pursuing interests within specific sectors with the encouragement of senior leadership. You will also have opportunities to work alongside other teams within Strategy and Transactions to deliver optimal solutions for our clients.

To be successful in this role, you will require exceptional leadership, business development, communication, and team collaboration skills. A degree in commerce, economics, or law, 5-10 years of relevant experience in restructuring/advisory work, ARITA certification, and proficiency in financial modelling using MS Excel are essential.

As a leader, you will have hands-on experience with various valuation methodologies and prior experience in leading and performing valuations for accounting or tax engagements.
