Job Summary

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. This role plays a key part in ensuring the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. You'll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. Collaborate with people across AWS to deliver results on a daily basis, take ownership, and work towards a common goal.

About the Role

As a Security Program Manager for Data Center Operations, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of security systems, including project scope and design, best practice procurement processes, contributing to financial processes, managing approvals, implementing projects at pace, testing and commissioning at the highest standard, and completing thorough handovers to customers. You'll work closely with stakeholders to drive end-to-end delivery and communicate results to senior leadership.

Requirements

We're looking for a highly experienced program or project manager with a strong background in security, data centers, and cloud infrastructure. Your skills and expertise should include:

  • 3+ years of experience in program or project management
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
