About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Program Manager to join our team in ANZ. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design, planning, and delivery of security systems for our data centers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define program requirements and develop project scope and design for security systems
  • Engage in best practice procurement processes and contribute to financial processes
  • Manage all approvals and implement projects at pace
  • Test and commission security systems at the highest standard and complete thorough handovers to customers

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
