This position is responsible for driving the strategic management of asset lifecycle, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and implementing asset strategies, plans, and enablers to support effective asset management across the organisation.
  2. Managing audit and certification processes to ensure compliance with relevant ISO 55001 standards.
  3. Overseeing regulatory reporting obligations to maintain operating licenses and promote a culture of safety.

Required skills and qualifications

">
  • Tertiary qualifications in an appropriate field, such as engineering or business.
  • Proven experience in asset lifecycle management and systems supporting asset management system ISO 55001 requirements.
  • Knowledge of Electricity Network Safety Management System and AS5577 standards and practices.
  • Principles and experience working with Management Systems, including Health and Safety, Environment, Electricity Network Safety, Asset Management, and Quality.
  • Technical knowledge and experience in engineering practice related to maintenance, operation, and asset management of transmission network assets.
