Job Title: Strategic Asset Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Asset Management Professional to join our team. As an asset management expert, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic asset management plans that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to assess their current asset management capabilities and develop targeted improvement strategies.
  • Design and deliver asset management workshops, training sessions, and coaching programs to build the skills and knowledge of clients' teams.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders and promote asset management best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of business cases and investment proposals for asset management initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in asset management, with a strong understanding of good project management practices and ability to deliver work to time, cost, and quality requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Degree-level qualification in engineering, business, economics, or other relevant field.
  • Knowledge of asset-intensive industries, including power, water, rail, government, and facilities.
