Strategic Asset Manager
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Ministry of Health's Efficiency Improvement and Support Team, System Sustainability & Performance Division. As a Strategic Asset Manager, you will play a critical role in managing relationships with local health districts, pillars and shared services to ensure NSW Health's efficiency improvement program expectations are met.
About The Role
You will support health entities by providing expertise, advice and guidance on financial and operational strategies.
You will conduct quality assurance reviews, analysis and reporting of Efficiency Improvement Plans, focusing on strategic asset management and sustainability.
You will develop and manage strong relationships with all health entities and ensure ongoing accountability and commitment to the Efficiency Improvement Program.
You will identify and promote efficiency improvement program learnings and ideas across NSW Health.
You will provide benchmarking services, performance analysis and service review support, as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
You should have extensive experience managing a portfolio of stakeholders with excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
You should have strong ability to influence, negotiate and communicate proficiently on challenging issues.
You should have strong judgement, analytical and problem solving skills, with ability to deal with complex and sensitive matters.
You should have experience in continual process improvements and demonstrated record in effecting change and improvements to reporting and business systems and processes.
