As a Reliability Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the F100 reliability program, enhancing fleet and component performance while ensuring the effectiveness of the Approved Maintenance Program (AMP). You will collaborate with the Fleet Reliability Team, which is tasked with Continuing Airworthiness Management services to uphold and exceed the desired On-Time Performance (OTP) standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the aircraft reliability program and coordinate various reliability initiatives.
- Assist in the oversight of the maintenance program and evaluate modifications to maintain the organization's safety record.
- Enhance fleet operational performance while optimizing operating costs.
Qualifications:
- Proven skills in problem-solving and analytical thinking, both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Capability to articulate complex technical information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
- Familiarity with quality standards and statistical analysis techniques.
- Ability to make informed decisions with incomplete or uncertain data.
- Proficient in prioritizing and managing multiple deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with data analytics and visualization tools to derive insights from large datasets.
- Basic programming knowledge is advantageous, including SQL, Python, and Microsoft Suite applications.
- Qualifications as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer or a degree in Aeronautical Engineering or a related field.
