Transformative Youth Support Professional

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of young people in care. Our goal is to provide a safe, structured and nurturing environment where they can thrive.

About the Role:

- Deliver daily routines, care and activities that meet the individual needs of our young people
- Foster positive relationships built on trust, respect and empathy
- Create a secure and therapeutic environment that promotes healing and growth
- Respond calmly to challenging situations and behavioral needs
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop personalized care plans

Your Qualifications:

- Hold or be studying a Diploma of Community Services or equivalent qualification
- Possess a valid Australian Driver's License and First Aid/CPR certification
- Have undergone NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check
- Demonstrate empathy, resilience and a solutions-focused mindset
- Be available for a range of shifts, including weekends and overnights
