Project Upgrade Manager

Established gold producers are seeking a Project Upgrade Manager to oversee the refurbishment of their 30-year-old processing plant.

With equipment reliability in decline and production at risk, they require an experienced professional to lead this project on their behalf. The chosen candidate will take charge of overseeing critical upgrade works, managing contractors, and ensuring delivery in a fast-paced environment.

• FIFO 4/3 (Mon-Thurs) ex-Perth, with flexibility to be onsite during shutdowns\
• Staged process around an operating plant\
• Refurbishment of 3 crushers, overhaul of screens, structural steel replacement, piping upgrades\
• Ability to manage contractors and direct-purchased equipment\
• Calm under pressure, decisive, and delivery-focused\
• Proven success running shutdowns and refurbishments\
• Strong mechanical and maintenance background\
• Excellent communication and project management skills\
• Leadership experience in a live operational mining environment\
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines\
• Experience with shutdowns and refurbishments\
