Boilermaker Position

Are you a skilled craftsman with experience in fabricating and repairing mechanical components? We are seeking a highly motivated Boilermaker to join our team.



This role involves working on mobile equipment maintenance, fabricating parts by cutting, shaping, and welding metal, and assembling structures through welding or riveting. You will also be responsible for finishing products with cleaning, polishing, or protective coatings, and handling bucket/tray refurbishments and full machine rebuilds, including crack testing and repairs.



Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in mobile equipment maintenance
  • Previous experience working on a mine site or in the mining industry as a Boilermaker
  • Experience with tray reline and buckets rebuilds and the ability to work with different techniques such as flux core, arc, oxy, mig, tig and gouging
  • Australian Recognised Trade Certificate - Fabrication Trade
  • Valid C Class driver's licence
  • At minimum, 2 years post trade qualification / apprenticeship in the mining industry
