Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Electrician to join our team in Kalgoorlie, WA. Your role will include:

  1. Performing scheduled maintenance and repair work on overhead cranes, challenging yourself on breakdowns where troubleshooting and technical skills are essential.
  2. Service inspection contracts
  3. Refurbishment and modernisation projects
  4. Installation, testing, and certification of overhead cranes and hoists
  5. Troubleshooting equipment breakdowns
  6. Consulting with customers on repair and safety-related issues
  7. Completing documentation via your mobile device.

  • Resident in Kalgoorlie is a must
  • Team player with a passion for excellence
  • Strong interpersonal skills with confidence engaging with customers about their business and your findings
  • Proven commitment to safety

Qualifications

  • Electrical or Mechanical Trade qualification
  • Experience with overhead cranes and hoists is preferred, but full training will be provided
  • Ability to work at heights is essential
  • Current and valid driver's license

Additional Information

  • Generous hourly rate based on experience, $50.04 to $53.04
  • Site allowance of $11/hour for all hours worked on site
  • Overtime rates after the first 2 hours: double time; Monday - Saturday
  • Monthly bonuses through Employee Incentive plans
