Decision Support Specialist

The Decision Support Unit is a dedicated team of business and data analysts.

This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand needs, streamline processes, and contribute to impactful analytics projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading initiatives that combine Business Intelligence (BI) and Business Analytics (BA)
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and reports using Power BI, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), and Report Builder
  • Identifying inefficiencies and recommending data-driven solutions to optimise organisational workflows
  • Facilitating workshops and presentations to align stakeholders on insights and strategies

The successful applicant will champion the use of analytics and stakeholder management to drive continuous improvement.
