Business Intelligence and Analytics Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence and Analytics Expert to join our team. This role involves providing actionable insights and enhancing data-driven decision making through the delivery of business intelligence (BI) and business analytics (BA) solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong data visualisation skills, including the ability to deliver clear, targeted and impactful user experience reports. Proficiency in Power BI, SSMS and Report Builder is also essential.

  • About the Role
  • Provide actionable insights and enhance data-driven decision making through the delivery of BI and BA solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, streamline processes and contribute to impactful analytics projects
  • Design, develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, SSMS and Report Builder

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leading initiatives that combine both BI and BA to address complex challenges and opportunities
  2. Conducting in-depth analyses to identify trends, patterns and opportunities
  3. Identifying inefficiencies and recommending data-driven solutions to optimise organisational workflows
  4. Facilitating workshops and presentations to align stakeholders on insights and strategies
