As a Data Solutions Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping data-driven decision-making across the organisation. You will design and deliver scalable data solutions that improve data utilisation, build fit-for-purpose data models using SQL and DBT, support analytics and reporting needs, and elevate data capability across the team.
This role offers a flexible hybrid work model, welcoming applicants from various locations.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with business and technology teams to gather and refine data requirements, ensuring solutions are aligned with operational and analytical needs.
- Design scalable data models using SQL and DBT to support analytics and day-to-day operations.
- Conduct data analysis using AI and automation to uncover actionable insights.
- Ensure data quality and governance while continuously improving data solutions to meet evolving business needs.
- 5+ years' experience in data analysis or solution delivery, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable insights and fit-for-purpose data solutions.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and DBT, with hands-on experience using BigQuery and Cloud Composer for data modelling, transformation, and workflow orchestration.
- Skilled in performing complex data analysis, including the use of AI techniques to uncover insights and support strategic decision-making.
