Decision Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team of business and data analysts in the Decision Support Unit.

You will be working with a dedicated team to deliver actionable insights and enhance decision making through the delivery of business intelligence and analytics solutions.

About the Role
  • Lead initiatives that combine business intelligence and analytics to address complex challenges and opportunities
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, SSMS, and Report Builder
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions to optimize organizational workflows while monitoring key performance indicators to track progress and highlight opportunities for enhancement
  • Facilitate workshops and presentations to align stakeholders on insights and strategies
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to define organizational data needs and priorities and leverage data for strategic improvement
Key Responsibilities
  • Strong data visualization skills including the ability to deliver clear, targeted, and impactful user experience reports
  • Proficiency in Power BI, SSMS, and Report Builder
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
