Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Tasks: Assist with deliveries by loading and unloading trucks, maintain the yard's cleanliness, safety, and organization, organize and store materials safely and neatly, pick and prepare orders for dispatch to customers, and collaborate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Workplace Health and Safety: Take responsibility on behalf of the organisation, ensuring adherence to health and safety policies and procedures, maintaining relevant knowledge of WHS issues, and acting as a role model by demonstrating safe work behaviours.
Requirements
  • Essential Skills/Experience: Current & valid Forklift licence, willing to learn and get stuck into hands-on work, reliable, shows up on time, good team player with a positive attitude, ready to grow and build a long-term career.
  • Desired Skills/Experience: Similar industry experience, knowledge of warehouse management software, ability to lift heavy loads.
