Job Description">

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and rectify mechanical breakdowns in a timely manner.
  • Manage the stock of hydraulic, mechanic, electronic, and pneumatic materials to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Assemble metal parts and subassemblies to fabricate production machines and equipment.
  • Perform regular mechanical checklists and weekly inspections of plant and machinery.
  • Conduct marking and lining out operations.
  • Perform pre-start checks on plant and equipment, hand tools, tooling, and equipment prior to commencing tasks.
  • Maintain and store tools and equipment in a safe area.
  • Implement quality control systems and techniques.
  • Undertake other general duties as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications">

  • Australian recognized trade certificate.
  • Current Working Safely at Heights Certificate.
  • Current High Risk Elevating Work Platform License and VOC.
  • Current Driver's License.
  • Nationally recognized Construction Safety Awareness Card (White Card).
  • Ability to undergo a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
