Personal Injury Paralegal/Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Injury Paralegal/Assistant to join our team. As the right-hand person to a top divisional HEAD Senior Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in a fast-paced and stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the Senior Lawyer and team
  • Preparing court documents and correspondence
  • Liaising with clients, doctors, solicitors, and insurers
  • Arranging appointments and preparing briefs
  • General administration and filing

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months of personal injury legal secretarial/paralegal experience
  • Strong Microsoft Word skills and accurate typing speed of 60+wpm
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and proactive with ability to meet deadlines
  • Love working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
