We are seeking a highly organized and proactive paralegal/assistant to join our close-knit team in Sydney. As the right-hand to a top divisional HEAD Senior Lawyer, you will be responsible for assisting with a diverse range of personal injury matters, including workers compensation, work injury damages, and CTP/motor vehicle accidents in NSW and various other States/Territories.

Key responsibilities include typing, preparation of court documents and correspondence, liaising with clients, doctors, solicitors, insurers, arranging appointments, preparing briefs, and general administration.

Who you are?

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

  • Have a minimum of 12 months (or preferably more) personal injury legal secretarial/paralegal experience;
  • Have strong Microsoft Word and an accurate typing speed of minimum 60+wpm;
  • Are a 'career' paralegal/secretary or if a law student not looking to get admitted and practice as a lawyer for at least 1 year or more;
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Are highly organized, proactive, and can meet deadlines;
  • Love to work in a vibrant, fast-paced environment;
  • Are hungry to progress your career with a reputable firm long-term.
